All paper, panel, workshop and tutorial submissions are to be emailed to the Program Chair, Dr. H. Roland Weistroffer at hrweistr@vcu.edu.  Submissions may not exceed six single-spaced pages (approximately 2,500 words), including all figures, tables, appendices, and references. Previously published work or work under review elsewhere is not eligible for submission. Submissions should be in either word, rtf or pdf formats.  Please include the words SAIS2007 Paper Submission Authorlastname in the subject line of your email.  Also indicate whether the submission is a completed paper, research-in-progress, panel, workshop, tutorial or student paper.  Note: To facilitate a blind review, please do not include any author or affiliation identification on any page of the document, in headings, footers, or in properties of the submitted file.

The primary author of a paper submitted as a student paper must be a student.  Faculty may appear as co-authors. However, for a paper to be considered for the best student paper awards, all authors must be students.  Please indicate in your paper submission that the paper is a student paper.

Final versions of accepted papers must adhere to SAIS proceedings publications guidelines.  Final papers must be emailed to the Program Chair, Dr. H. Roland Weistroffer by Februrary 15, 2007.  In addition, at least one author must be registered for the conference by the deadline for the paper to appear in the proceedings.  Links to guidelines and an example are provided below.
