The conference will be held at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center located in Technology Square and Midtown Atlanta’s exciting retail and business neighborhood. The hotel is minutes from several exciting destinations including the Fabulous Fox Theater, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, and the World of Coke.  The hotel is just 15 minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and Georgia Tech's complimentary shuttle, the Tech Trolley, provides guests transportation arriving and departing from the Midtown MARTA transit station and the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center. The Tech Trolley will run 5:45 a.m. until 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at 4 minute intervals, Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Hotel Reservations
Conference attendees must contact the hotel directly (404-838-2100; 800-706-2899) to get the discounted room rate ($122/night). Hotel check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 12:00pm (noon).

Cut-Off Date
Reservations must be received by Friday, February 24, 2012 to be guaranteed the special conference hotel room rate.

Head west on South Terminal Pkwy
Make a slight right onto Airport Blvd.
Take the I-75/I-85/I-20/GA-403/Camp Creek Pkwy ramp to Atlanta
Keep left at the fork and continue toward GA-403 North/I-85 North
Keep left at the fork and follow signs for I-85/GA-403
Merge onto GA-403 North/I-85 North
